Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of
plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface
mold, and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface
and the sheet.
Step 1: Extruding plastic sheet
Arcylic, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PC, PETG, PMMA resin granules are extruded or co-extruded into thermoplastic sheet-textured, smooth, gloss or matt, UV resistant, fire proof or anti static.
Step 2: Vacuum forming thermoforming to shape
After been heated, the plastic sheet is stretched onto or into a mould, and held against the
mold by applying vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet to form desired shapes.
Step 3. Cooling to maintain shape
Once the plastic is formed, cooling is needed before release from the mould. To speed up the
cooling cycle, fans are fitted and activated .
Step 4. Trimming edges by CNC
Extral material is trimmed by CNC after released from mold.
Step 5. Drilling holes & other post process
Hole drilling often follows the triming. Other post processes like painting, printing, decoration, strengthening, reinformcing & assembling if needed.
Step 6. Examination & checking
Before packing, all our thick vacuum forming samples & products will be carefully checked
according to clients' or our own check list.
Step 7. Cleaning and packing
All our thick vacuum forming, thermoforming parts & products are cleaned before packing
and wrapped by plastic film or into poly bag to prevent scratches and put into export carton or wooden
case for shipment.

A: Yes, you come to our factory by yourself,or ask your colleagues in your Chinses office or
even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality before delivery.
2.Q: If we invest in mold, but the sample is not satisfying,what should we do?
A: We will make mold strictly according to the drawing or samples, if the first sample is not
satisfied,we will modify mole until it satisfied.
3.Q:What is the material of your product?
A:PP, PS, PVC,PET, PE,ABS and some other blister material.
4.Q: Can you help with the design?
A:Yes, we can accept your customization and do the packaging for you according to your
