We can either use your existing vacuum forming tool to make more products for you or if you only have an existing plastic product, we may be able to use it to resin cast a new tool which speeds up the lead time and saves on toolmaking costs.
Our experienced designers can also design a custom product for you from scratch, or we can manufacture the new tool to your design - we'll always check your design for compatability with the vacuum forming process and advice you if redesigns are needed to ensure the plastic products are formed properly.
