Are your coolers a good quality?

Our coolers are some of the best on the market. They are manufactured utilizing one-piece seamless rotational molded construction. You might just try it out - fish with it, hunt with it, take it camping. From the one-piece seamless construction to the ultra-thick insulation, this virtually indestructible rotational molded cooler has all of the features outdoorsmen want, plus the durability and ice retention they need.

How long will your coolers hold ice?

Our coolers can hold ice up to 6 days. Of course that doesn’t mean you can leave your cooler out in the Mojave Dessert in 120 degree temperatures and open it every 30 minutes.

We use two inches of pressure-injected commercial-grade polyurethane foam in the walls and lid with an R-Value of 8per inch of thickness, which is among the best insulation properties in the industry. We use closed-cell foams to stop air and moisture - and because of the foam’s density and glue-like tenacity, it also adds structural strength to the walls.

How do I clean my Baizhao cooler?

Generally using dish soap and warm water will get you cooler clean. However for those more stubborn stains and problems with odors, you can use a solution of warm water and bleach.

What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1 container. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Can I get samples?

Sure. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.

How long is the production lead time?

It takes about 25 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

It would be great if you can provide AI, CDR or PSD, etc. Otherwise, we can make the draft for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

How many colors are available?

We have some regular colour for each model. Meanwhile, we match colors with Pantone matching system. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% before shipment. We also accept LC at sight.
