The aluminum flywheel, directly connected with the motor to minimize the powerlacks, can rotate on 360° to make any kind of cut. The lateral translation is 30 cm per side. The same system allows to make two vertical cuts at a max distance of 160cm,without moving the machine. The horizontal cut can be made without leaving any steps.

Diamond beads are produced coating diamond powder on the column steel rings by three types of technics: electroplating, sintering & vacuum brazing.

Diamond beads are reinforced with rubber or plastic injection and also spring on the steel wire.
