Manual equipment (old) of Resin synthesis equipment

1 .Manual equipment (old)
Layout of equipment: one steam pressure boiler, one reactor, one condenser, one buffer and one silencer.
Disadvantages:
(1) Not safe to operate the boiler, cause pollution and need more workers;
(2) Using manual reactor will need a dedicated person to control the whole reaction process. During the whole reaction process, there is no testing device, so the worker can’t know the accurate time to input the materials, which will cause some problems, e.g. the resin can’t be reacted properly, the reaction time is too long or not enough. With manual equipment, the quality is not consistent;
(3) The production time needed for liquid formaldehyde is longer than that of solid formaldehyde. The working environment on the reactor is very hot and noisy, So it will make the worker feel boring and sleepy. Besides, it will need other equipments, such as boiler, condenser, buffer and silence. It will also produce much wastewater.
(4) The whole resin synthesis process is controlled by human, so it requires the workers to have rich experience and mature technology. And the technology is also more difficult to be operated than automatic production line.

Automatic equipment (new) of Resin synthesis equipment

Layout of equipment: one electrical heating reactor
Characteristics:
(1) The automatic temperature control system combines electrical heating and physical reaction heating, with the latest resin synthesis technology ( solid formaldehyde), so it never needs boiler, condenser, buffer, silencer and other devices and doesn’t produce waste water. With this equipment, it can help reduce production cost, save space and reduce pollution.
(2) With automatic temperature control system, it can overcome the problem of inconsistent quality of resin caused by manual temperature control system and human operation.

Manual foaming equipment

Layout of equipment: one agitator, one electronic balance, one clock, and some thermometers.
Disadvantages:
(1) During foaming process, different materials need different temperature. The resin needs a special cold storage room, the temperature of other materials need to be adjusted by human with thermometer. Affected by external surrounding, the measured temperature will be different from that of use, so the product quality is different.
(2) Workers use electronic balance to weigh the weight of materials, so the accuracy of data can’t be maintained.
(3) The running speed of manual agitator is very low with bad mixing effect, it will cause low opening ratio of foam. Sometimes, the raw material container will be broken by worker’s improper operation, which will cause unnecessary lost. What’s worse, the workers can be burned by acid.
(4) During mixing process, it is the workers that decide the time to input materials, they calculate the time by clock and the time is not accurate, so the quality is not consistent. Sometimes, the materials will foam in the bucket due to long time of mixing; sometimes, the materials can’t be mixed completely due to less time of mixing.
(5) Pentane works as foaming agent with strong volatility. But during manual technology, all the material containers are open, with the increase of running speed, the volatilization is faster. So the effect of pentane can’t be maintained.
(6) In a word, with manual foaming equipment, the density , opening ratio and other physical index can’t be maintained.

Automatic foaming machine

Layout of equipment:one automatic foaming machine.
Characteristics:
(1) Main unit: Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged; the mixing head produces complete material stirring; precise metering (by a precision metering pump); single button for convenient operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.
(2) Control: Microcomputer PLC control; TIAN electrical components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for automatic, accurate and reliable control. It can be imputed with more than 500 working position data; equipped with pressure, temperature and rotation rate digital tracking and display automatic control device and abnormity or fault alarm devices. Imported converter (PLC) can control eight different product ratio at the same time.
(3) The whole foaming process is controlled by computer, so material temperature, weight of material and input time are accurate. The materials can be mixed evenly in a moment and injected into the mould in seconds with the opening ratio over 90%.

1000L Electric heating Reaction Still

This equipment adopts the material:304L、Q235 :
(1) Energy saving: the production of 700 kg resin used electric 50 RMB, don't need to be heated in the process of production, It was synthesized by chemical physics, compared with other production of foam equipment greatly reduces the cost of production.
(2 ) Environmental protection: no sewage,no waste emissions;
