1.Can I get free samples of floral foam ?
YES. We would like to send several samples for your reference if you could afford freight.
2.What surface handing could you support ?
We can provide help buyer print logo on the foam and carton.
3.Do you accept customized floral foam order ?
YES. We can arrange opening the mould according to customers’ requirement.
4. What is the normal lead time to product the floral foam ?
(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment.
(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment.
(3). For products we never manufactured , we could open the mould if needed.
5. What is your selection of shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable.
(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
6.How do you control the floral foam quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing.
7.If any defective floral foam, how do you deal with ?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective floral foam.
8.Which trade terms do you prefer?
