The foam should be cut to a suitable shape and dimension, then put it into water to absorb water before using. By this, the flower materials can be fixed and also can keep water,  it’s easy to be used.

we have diameter from 4cm to 30cm, the thickness is 4cm or 7cm, other size can be customized.

1.Can I get free samples?
YES. We would like to send several samples for your reference for free if you could afford freight.

2.What surface handing could you support ?
We can print logo on the foam and carton under your requirement.

3.Do you accept customized order ?
YES. We can make mould to produce the floral foam according to customers’ requirement.

4. What is the normal lead time ?
(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment. 
(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment. 
(3). For customized products, the delivery time is depending on the quantity.

5. What is your selection of shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, international express, such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable. 
(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.

6.How do you control the quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing.

7.If any defective floral foam, how do you deal with ?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective floral foam.
