Raw material for phenolic resin producing
To produce fresh floral foam, we are using the main raw materials as following:
Phenol
Packed by tank.
Before using, the phenol should be dissolved in dissolving tank, normally four hours needed to dissolve one tank of phenol, the working temperate is 20-80 degree.
Para-formaldehyde
Packed by bag.
it should be fed by screw feeder after the phenol fed into the reactor.
Reactor and storage tank
The above mentioned two raw materials are reacting in the reactor, which is showed on the left side of the picture, that tank has a screw feeder.

Phenol and Para-formaldehyde and other related raw materials such as Urea, Formic acid and solium hydroxide reacting in the reaction still for 4-5hours, the phenolic resin is produced.

Foaming machine
The Phenolic resin can be pumped to the A tank of foaming machine directly, or pumped to the storage tank (which showed on the right side of the above mentioned picture.

During this process, the silicone oil, solvent black 7, JFC-M, Sodium dodecyl-benzene sulfonate and other related materials should be added through the hopper on the upper side of the tank.
