Details and terms:
1. Delivery time: 14days for 20ft container and 20 days for 40'HQ container after the receipt of deposit. |
2. MOQ: Small order can be accepted. For the large size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 10pcs; for the small size and middle size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 30pcs. |
3. Payment terms: T/T in advance (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment) |
4. Quality: high quality, strict quality control in all process |
5. Samples: Sample office chairs can be provided with the price of 20ft container |
6. Color: all office chairs can be available with different colors and color samples can be sent for your selection. |
7. Material: For the chairs with PU, they also can be provided with PVC, standard leather, top leather. For the fabric chairs, they can be provided with standard fabric, fireproof fabric, Taiwan Yida fabric. |
8. Customer’ design: Customer's design and logos are welcome, fabric tag of customer logo can be sewed on each chair |

FAQ:
1. Are the prices negociable?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products. Please contact with our sales and get the catalogue for your reference.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
3. What about the payment?
We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Credit Card payment terms.
4. How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.
5. Do you have products in stock?
Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry.
6. How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depends on the CBM of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
7. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
When the order’s total CBM is less than a 20ft container’s volume, We can keep cooperation with the term of EX-works (EXW). Means buyer will bear all the charges caused by inland delivery, customs, related documents, ocean freight and insurance.
8. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please feel free to feedback immediately if you are not pleased with the quality or service. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories such as castors, legs, arms, gas lifts and mechanisms.
9. Can I visit you?
Sure, factory locates in Longjiang - The hometown of Furniture in China. If you would like to do an on-site inspection for factory and product, please contact us to make an appointment.
10. How can I know how my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly different from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
