Payment term:by T/T or L/C,T/T:30% deposit,balance paid before shipment;L/C:L/C at sight.
Min Order Quantity:normally is one 20ft container,10sets of each item;several items mixed small quantity is acceptable for trial order.
Lead time:about 20-35 days for 1*40HQ after the receipt of deposit.
Sample order:sample is available for customer to check the quality We will charge double price for sample,but will return back after ordering.

Q:How can i get your catalogue and price list?

A:Please let us know your email or contact us from website directly for our catalogue and price list;

B:You can select the item on our website and advise which items you interest and what price term you would like to be offer ,EXW or FOB?

Q:What is the shipping Cost?

A:The shipping cost is depend on the destination port,weight,packing size,total CBM of the goods.It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order

and your destination sea port;we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.

Q:What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?

If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference,our QC Dept..will check the problem and give best solutions to you ,namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
