· NORMAL PROCESS:
Design for Manufacture > CNC Laser Cutting >Metal Bending > Welding and Polishing >Surface Treatment (Powder Coating) > Assembled Components and packaging.
The cutting can be realized for any graphic. Please offer us your drawings.
Our main equipment are as follows:
- 1. Four sets of Laser Cutting Machines imported from America of PRC and CP brands. The powers are of 3000W and 4000W.
- 2. Two sets of CNC Bending Machines, one is of LAG brand, imported from Italy with the max length of 4m, 170tons. And the other one is local famous brand "YAWEI".
- 3. 40 Welding machines of local famous brands
- 4. one CNC painting line.
- 5. A CNC Process Center (Not very big)
