1. The material of moulds will be depended on your requirements on products and total quantity. Usually we use steel 45#, 60#, Chrome 40, P20 or 718.

2. Core and Cavity surface with Chrome plating can prolong mould life and surface glossy of products.

1.We have our own complete production line for fiberglass sheet, from raw material, including fiberglass mat, resin and other fillers.

2.We have material engineers, who can adjust the material components according to your detailed requests such as strength, fire resistance rating, color and so on.

1.We have compression machine from 60 tons to 2000 tons, which enable us to produce items with maximum projected area 4 square meters

2.According to products, we will adjust working pressure, working temperature,solidifying time for the machine.

1. Trim the burrs and then polish the surface. Painting is available if you required painted surface

2.Special fextures are used to correct the deformation caused by the draft angle if necessary.

                     2.Plywood Crate or shelf packaging

                     3.Carton packaging
