1. When could I get the quotation? |
Our working time is 8:00~12:00a.m, 13:30~17:30 from Monday to Friday. The email will be replied within 24 hours after we get the inquiry. |
2. How many details should I give you for what I want? |
We need the material, quantity, size, colors ,wood type and other special requirements. |
3. Can I get a sample from you? |
After the product details have been confirmed, you can ask for samples. Normally small samples are free. Even charged for large numbers of samples, it will be fully returned after order placed. |
4. How long can I expect to get the sample? |
3-5working days. |
5. What about the lead time for normal products? |
About 35-45 days for full container qty. |
6.What about the lead time for mass production? |
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20to30 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country. |
