Carpets are in fresh colors, different patterns, diversified designs, safe and environmental, they are mainly used as floor decoration materials in exhibition hall, banquet hall, hotel, bar, meeting room, gymnasium, house, vehicle,  ship, airplane, and many other places according to customers arrangements.

Feature:

1. Needle-punched technology is a method with a triangular cross-section of the steel needles, there are tiny gaps in needle-shuttles, the gaps carry some surface fiber inward to fiber web when needles cross from top to bottom, so the fibers bended and winded, from thin to thick, solidification at last. There are 30,000~50,000 times of needle crosses to solidification. In order to get compaction fabric, pre-needle-pouch is needed. Non-woven fabrics made of needle-punched technology are in good quality of tightness and resilience.

2. Non-woven fabric includes slim pattern fabric and thick pattern fabric. Generally speaking, the weights of slim pattern non-woven fabric are in 20-100g/m2. They are mainly used for lining of garment, decoration, handkerchief and hygienic products for female. The thick pattern series are used for batts, carpet, filter material, geotextile (sub grade cloth) and etc. They also can be the material of some special application such as heat insulation, sound insulation, radiation protection, gas protection, breathable, heat-resisting, wear-resisting shock proof and etc.
