Wool buffing pad ,woolen pad, wool polishing pad,Wool pad dish,Sheepskin wool pad  

 

Wool pad can match with most of the pneumatic, electric polishing machines in the market. It can be used for polishing directly or match up with polishing liquid (cream, powder) to get better polishing effect.


Usage: mainly used for polishing in automobile beauty, glass instruments, precision instruments, medical equipment, jade, gold and silver jewelry, pottery, furniture grinding etc

 

Wool pad category instruction:


1. HSP118-01 Velcro Wool pad:
Sizes 3",4",5",6",7",8",10". The front is Australian fine quality sheepskin with colors white or black; the back is the Velcro in black or white color. Some pads have fastening edge and some are not. The pads stick to polishing disc.

 

2. HSP118-02 roping wool pad:
Sizes3",4",5",6",7",8",10". The front is Australian fine quality sheepskin in white color, the back with material of original skin; the side is a sleeve made from strong pull cloth and with a rope inside, fastens to the polishing disc.


3. HSP118-03 dish wool pad (bowl wool pad, single side wool pad):
Specification is diameter 5" (125mm), 6" (150mm), 7" (180mm) and inside diameter 20mm. The wool yarn in 30mm length implant into cloth, then stick to resin dish plate which with Velcro in the back.

 
4. HSP118-04 double-sided wool pad:
This kind of wool pad with diameter 7"(180mm), 8" (200mm), and the screw holes diameter is 16mm, wool yarn length 30mm. Theproduction process is the same as the dish wool pad (HSP118-03).

 
5. HSP118-05 wool polishing ball:

Diameter of ball is 1", 1.5", 2”, 2.5”, 3”. Wool yarn length, stem diameter and stem length are all according to customer's requirements.

There is another kind of wool polishing ball which material is Australia's high-quality sheepskin, the specifications and production process is same as the above.
