B.Material:
1) PE rattan: UV resistance, waterproof ,all color is available.Best quality fibers to create the rattan, 100% high density polyethylene, resist the elements, also being recyclable and nontoxic, we also have more than 1000 colors for you to select . But we also can suggest you what colors are in trend or most popular now ! (e.g : as below :
2) Fabric: SGS tested and approved,waterproof & prevent UV, We are already using best fabric in China ,brand name " Gold peacock " which is at least 320 g / m2 (vs other supplier 180g/ m2)But , as a professional manufacture of high-end outdoor furniture,we still can offer our clients with world's famous brand fabric which is with best quality of the world and 5 years warranty!!!
3) Frame construction: Aluminum frame ,all the frame size can be customized to fit your space ,light weight but strong, spray with good powder coating, which resist the elements further and ensure furniture retain its good looks.
4) Cushion: high density sponge of cushio,with removable cushion covers for easy cleaning,resistant against UV rays, and anything else the weather could throw at them

C.Manufacturing Process
1)We will make the aluminium frame of your order.And it is hand -made! And then all the frames will be powder coated.
2) When the poweder -coating finished , the frame will be sent to weaving department to be weaved and they are 100% hand-made again !
3) Meantime, our tailors will measure the frame and make the cushions for the furniture.We using best fabric,best thread and best zippers and will always sewing the inner of the cushion so that it is easier for you to remove the covers and get it replaced or washed !
4)At last,when the furniture is finished, our packing workers put all the accessories on and start to pack the goods. Using
bubble for inner, carton for outer ,all cartons with side protector. If you have special packaging requirments,we can help you to get it done.
Most important of all:
We have strict Quality Control System
1). before producing, QC will check the raw material, especially hardware and PE rattan.
2). In the process of producing, each step will be checked before moving on to the next one.
3). when all producing process has been finished, the QC from Assembly Dept. will check PE rattan, aluminium pipe, and handicraft art, if everything is OK, this product will be sent to Packing Dept.
4) After Packing, our QC will check if the packing is impeccable, this is to make sure the packing is strong enough for long distance transportation.

E. Certification
We have all the certification you will need when you do the importing.
1) We have the SGS certification for the rattan .
2) the cushion foam ANTI-fire test when you importing to the UK or similar countries , the cushion farbric anti -fire test when you importing to the UK or similar countries.
3) We aslo have the cushion farbric anti -fire test when you importing to the UK or similar countries.
4) We have the SGS /SCT certification when you do the importing to the EURO countries .
