| Appearance Test Standard | 1.No bursting phenomenon in any position of the glass.No serious collision gap in mouth. |
| 2.No sharp edges no matter in jar mouth or handle. | |
| 3.No serious distortion in whole product. | |
| 4.Bubble diameter shouldn't exceed 1.5mm,and can not exceed 3pcs at same horizon;also can not exceed 6pcs in whole product. | |
| 5.The carved words if any should be clear. | |
| Thermal Shock Test Standard | Thermal Shock Test Standard is ≥55°C. |
| Test Method A:Put the product into 85°C Incubator and keep for 30 minutes,then take it out and put into 25°C water immediately for sharp quench. | |
| Test Method B:Put the product into 85°C water and keep for 10-20 minutes,then take it out and put into 25°C water immediately for sharp quench. | |
