1.How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can not reach a full 20ft container.The order term is EXW,seller just provide the products as the order.
2.Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes,we may consider discount for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.Please contact with our sales and get the cataloge for your reference!
3.What is your minimum order requirement?
We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list,But we also can accept the sample and LCL order.
4.What about the payment?
We accept L/C and T/T payment terms.
5.How long will it table to execute my order?
This depends on the size and complexity of the order.Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.
6.Do you have products in stock?
Sorry,we do not always reserve stock.If there is any stock,we will inform you with details in the reply of your inquiry.

3) Shipping cost is too expensive for us to accept returning defective products. Once customers find it is a defective product when opening the box,do send us emails including pictures,then we can study it and will send replacements at our cost to repair the the product if necessary,or compensate a new one in the following new order.
