2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 5 hours bus ride from Guangzhou and about 40 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The main material we use is ceramic, we can also choose material as customers’ requirement such as porcelain, stoneware, strengthen porcelain.
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are pleased to offer samples according to your demand/design. Custom sample lead time usually takes 7 days.
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Chaozhou Dongyang Porcelain Factory always pay attention to quality control from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained TUV Rheinland Assessment Report ,FDA,LFGB,DGCCRF safe food test via SGS.
