  Established in 1997, with a total investment of 70 million RMB, Fujian HengLong Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd has 17 years’ experience in custom plastic injection molding industry. We specialize in developing and manufacturing of thin-walled IML packaging and injection molded plastic parts for baby items, home appliances, medical equipments, sports equipments, auto fittings, bathroom accessories, building plastic articles, etc. We are highly approved by our clients such as Coca Cola, Raid, Stor, Battenfeld, HMS, Bugaboo, Dorel, etc.

       Covering an area of more than 30,000 m2, we own 40 sets of injection machines of Haitian and Zhende brands from 80MT to 1,200MT, which are applicable for different injected products. We set up a clean room, which complies with QS requirements for IML food packaging, and equipped with 6 sets of high speed injection machines and automatic robot arms, we will invest another 12 sets in Phase Two; IML food containers now mainly export to USA, Australia, Uzbekistan, etc. We also have several assembly and painting lines, possess mould workshops with high-tech equipments including CNC, scintilla machines and millers from Taiwan, enabling us to make precision molds.

       Since our establishment, we now have developed into an enterprise providing full set of services from mold design, mold-making to plastic injection molding, painting and assembly etc. We have a strong R & D team with 10 senior engineers who have abundant communication experience with clients from America, Europe, and Asia etc. Under intact management rules, we are conforming to ISO9001 standards to ensure our customers high quality products.
