Detail Description:

UIC-2021 wireless network passenger counter uses infrared transceiver design. The infrared ray coming from counter is blocked and returned back by reflective plate,in this way,the infrared ray emitter does not need to be installed so reducing the tedious work of installing and wiring the emitter. The default distance of the reflective plate and the wireless network passenger counter is 6 to 12 meters (using a emitter up to 20 meters). The counter can detect into the number of customers getting in and out, the data can be transmitted into computers in time.

1.Install wireless passenger counter

UIC-2021 wireless network passenger counter and reflective plate are installed on both sides of the passageway.  

Wireless network passenger counter including five status indicators,provides installed instructions 

Action 1, Action 2 indicator is used to show whether the installation location of the reflective plate belongs to infrared detection area . if the reflective plate is in the detection area ,the indicator lamp goes out

Counting 1, counting 2 indicator is used to display the test results of the two directions, When the detecting someone into or out of, counting 1 or counting 2 indicator flashes once.

Communication indicator is used to display the communication status of the wireless network passenger counter and computer, when there is a communication, flashes once every 5 seconds -20 seconds.

2.Install reflective plate

1) After installing wireless network passenger counter and the counter has electricity,the reflective plate can only be mounted.

2) Keeping the reflector plate in hands, facing towards the passenger counter, looking for the Infrared detection area in front of passenger counter. when the reflective plate is not in the detection area, the action 1 and action 2 indicator go out. in the area of testing, keeping the plate far away from the counter to mounted on the wall or door frame. 

3) Before reflector plate is fixed, the mounting position of the plate needs testing, testers can test people getting in and out in any area between passenger counter and reflection plate. in order to know whether the indicator will flash according to the direction. if the indicator can not flash correctly,the position of reflective plate has to be adjusted to make sure the counter count correctly and the indicators flash correctly.

4) after the test is completed, the reflector plate can be mounted by two M4 self-tapping screws or double-sided adhesive.

3.Install wireless receiver

Wireless receiver is a equipment including an SMA sucker antenna and a RS232 data cable and power adapter,connects SMA sucker antenna and radio receiver antenna interface, and tightening the screws, sucker antenna should be placed in the good position with good signal.

RS232 data cable connects the wireless receiver and computer serial. if you use a computer not with serial. A USB interface data cable can be bought to connect computer.

Plug in the power adapter, the wireless receiver light to begin work.

4.Client software:

Client software is used in every stores and responsible for receiving data in time and transimt the data to Statements System installed in the server of Head office.

5.Statements System

 Statements System is used in headquater offices,which is responsible for receiving data from client software automatically and analyzing all the data,providing data support for decision makers.
