1.What is your main products ?
We produce and sell all kinds of Sublimation machines & Products. Our main products
are mugs and phone cases.
2.What is your MOQ ?
For phone cases usually it sells more than 100 pieces per type, for mugs Our MOQ is usually 1000 pieces, and for others one carton are all acceptable.
3.How about ordering samples ?
Usually samples of phone cases and mugs less than 3 pieces are free , but the freight should be paid
by customers.
4,What is your delivery time ?
Usually, it takes 5-7days by express and about one month to ship by sea.
5,What is the loading port ?
Guangzhou, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shanghai and Shenzhen, are all available.
6,What is your payment terms ? (Total amount > USD$10,000)
We accept 30% T/T in advance,70% in the period of shipment.
