We are a professional factory at crystal crafts, especially at crystal clock,crystal candelabra, crystal candle holder, crystal ashtray, crystal home decoration items and crystal gifts . Our factory is located at Pujiang city, Zhejiang Province, China. We have more than 5 years experience at manufacturing and exporting. We attend CANTON FAIR every year, and we could OEM as client's request, we have our own R&D office.
Question 1: Can you make my customized/designed products?
Answer : Of course! We can make the products according to your request.
Question 2: Can I choose my favorite color of the items and the gift box?
Answer: Yes. You can tell me your required color.
Question 3: Can you give me the price of this item?
Answer: It is my pleasure to offer to you the best price. But at first I should confirm that which item is your like, whether our normal size is ok for you and you package request. Pls tell me your requirements.
Question 4: Can you engrave my logo?
Answer: Yes. Please give us your original logo picture .
Question 5: Do products safety during transportation?
Answer: Yes. We will pack products in cartons with foams and bubble bags to make ensure the safety.
Question 6: Can you give me a sample pls?
Answer: Sure. But we have to charge delivery cost.
principle for the samples
We can deliver common samples worth not too much if customers are willing to pay the shipping cost. If samples are made on basis of customers’ needs, we will ask for the samples fees only if we receive the order from you. If samples involving laser inner sculpture, please contact our marketing department because it involves logo setup fee.
payment
We could accept the payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union . For the sample fee, customer should pay in full. For the mass order, customer should pay 30% deposit at least, the balance should be paid before shipping goods. When customer do the payment, may have a little bank charge, customer should bear this.
