Garden wrought iron gate arch
This elegant wrought iron gate was designed to decorate any garden.
The stylised organic detailing was made byforging the steel whilst hot. At high temperatures the metal is very malleable and can be readily shaped into the hand forged leaves and buds seen in the gate. The lower row of buds were designed to make the gates "rabbit proof".
The gate's tactile latch was also hand forged. This is the first point of contact with our metalwork and it should both look and feel special.
It takes time to create a bespoke blacksmithmade hand forged gate like this but the results are worth it! Gates made from mass produced identikit components simply don't the same level of refinement and detailing.
