1)Q: Do you accept retail order? What is the minimium quantity you require?
A:Yes, we do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retialer and individual with different
price policy. No minium order requirement.
2)Q: How long can my order be finished? How soon can I get my ordered products?
A: (1)If the orders are the products in stock,they will be finished within one week;If the ordered
productus will be remade for you,they will be finished within one month.The details you can
send E-mails to us;
(2)A. Normally FCL shipment: 45 to 60 days;
B. LCL shipment:20 to 35 days
For other destinations, please email us for exact information.
3)Q: Are you sure the packing will be strong enough? If damage happens during transportation,
who should be responsible for that?
A: Yes, we use strong wooden crate for outside packing and soft material for inside. In addition,
we will buy "all risks" as per your requirement. In the case of damage, firstly, we can claim the damage. If the damager occures due to improper packing, my company will take all the respon-
sibility.
