Q1: How can I order your products?

Q2: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we accept sample order.

Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: It will be ready for delivery in 3 - 15 days, depends on the feature of your sample. 
     The samples will be sent to you by express. 
 

Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

    Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the

    products to your country.

Q5: Do you accept LOGO printing on the product?
A: Yes, we accept printing. Please send your LOGO to sales people. 

Q6: Do you do our designs and our appointed function ?
A: Yes, this is our biggest advantage. We have experienced and professional structure and

    electronics engineers working on your ODM project.  Please just tell us your ideas and we will

    help to carry out your ideas into a perfect  item. You can pay for the molding fee and hold the

    mold by yourself or we can cooperate on the molding. 

Q7: What warranty can I get?
A: Warranty 1 year for LED light system, 2 years for plastic casing. 

Q8: How do I get replacement part if the product has quality problems ?
A: Please describe the problem with pictures to us, if cannot be fixed upon our guidelines, we will 

    send new replacement.  All charges cover to us.

    If you are not urgent, new replacements will be sent with your next shipment.
