Company introduction :
G&S plastic-Wood Science and Technology Limited Company was established in march 2011 in Huzhou, G&S group fully invested by foreign-owned enterprises,located in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province white industrial concentration area, in the Yangtze River Delta Center, transportation is very convenient, the company covers an area of more than 120 acres total area of 110,000 square meters, a total investment of US $20 million.

04 Production proces
G&S wood plastic composite fence is made by special process(Extrusion) from disused plant fiber (wood /bamboo powder) and high density polyethyne(HDPE). All the product process is based on high temperature and high pressure under the supervise of our technician to make sure the good quality and natural &elegant looks of our blank skateboard decks wholesale products.
The main process is as following:
Mixing, Granulation,Extrusion
And then there will be embossing/sanding and cutting to complete. We can embossed natural wood texture, and cut them into different length.
