For trail order, we receive LCL, but the freight will depend on you.

3. Generally, what is the lead time?

Generally speaking , the delivery time around 25 days /20ft, 35 days/40HC.

Warm Notice:Some of standard items we keep in stock, please check with our sales people about the stock situation first when you place order.

4.Package:

We can change package if you need. Of course, the price will be calculated again.

5. Sample requirement

First of all, your identity has been confirmed by us. 

Sample will be available as below situation.

1.Standard product,SAMPLE COST120%, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.

2.Customs-design, SAMPLE COST 120%, Shipping cost or courier cost by buyer.

3.You'll receive the refund, when your order is full of 1*20FT. 

6. What is your Payment term?

1.Sample: T/T 100% deposite before production

2.Per order: T/T 30% deposite before production, 70% balance should be paid before delivery. 

3.1*20FT: L/C or T/T

7.Why you charge me "Extra local charge"?

Price we quoted all based on FOB NINGBO by Full container load. If you need to ship from another port or Less than container load, we will charge you "Extra local charge".

8.Do you accept OEM?

Yes, we will accept OEM based on a MOQ.

You should provide us technical drawing, complete product detail such as dimension, thickness, finish & function. Then you will receive our quotation soon.

9.How do I know my order have been issued production?

We will start production when we receive confirmed PI & 30% deposit. Lead time will be effected from that date. 

10.After receipt of goods, how to do if they have any quality problems?

You should

1. take a picture for quality problem's part.

2. note down the quality problem products quantity.

3.find the quality problem products order no.(PI no.)
