Fried flour snack food extruder uses advanced extruding technology, through changing moulds and production technics to produce many kinds of popular snack food in the market. It has a agility scheme, strong adaptability, has gained good praise and agreement from public.
This process line uses double-screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process,It includes mixing ,steaming,curing,extruding,and shaping processes,no boiler.with high efficiency and no pullution .The raw material can be the rice powder,corn powder ,wheat flour individually,or their mixture.Changing the moulds can make different shapes.The crispy rice chip has the best taste.
Introduction:
This line use wheat flour as the main raw material, first extruded, cured by the double screw extruder, then fried by the fryer, this line can produce the salad snack food with fashion shape, good and special taste, the tissue of the food fine and smooth, easily to absorb and is quite popular in the market.,and it can produce the snack food automatically.
