Double screw food extruder mainly contains :feeding systems, extruding systes, cutting systems, heating systems, gearing systems, lubricating system, control system. Main features:

A: extruding systems: the screw with high wear-resistant performance by using alloys steel materials(38ARMOAL), screw is made by special technique, is able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, longer using life. according to different screw design rate to full different technology request.

B: Cutting system :the cutting system adopt center cutting, high exactly to make sure that the cutting knife keep a parallel place with the cyclostyle avoid the wear and tear, the head of the cutting knife like a spring ,so that the symmetrical pressure make the cutting very easy ,and cutting the product size look more perfect. especially avoid the metal powder go into the products.

C: Heating system: use the far infrared heating manner, circulate water for cooling, to guarantee the extruder running safely.

D: Gearing system: the main motor, feeding ,cutting, liquid feeding system of the extruder all use the frequency to control the speed ,the frequency we use is : DELTA, the gear we use hard gear, enough strong, running placidity and low noise.

E: lubricating system: have single oil box circle system,and have a inspect equipment for the press meter.

F: Controlling system : consists of feeding system, extruding system and cutting system adopts frequency speed-controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.

G: Feeding system: according to different materials, to choose the relative single or double screw feeding system, the materials should be uniformity and stable.

H: Cooling system: we add the cooling system on each zone,it can control the temperature well.

We have two kind package, one is easy package use plastic packaging film with wood pallet, it suitable to a container, FCL ;

the other is plastic packaging film and wood case, it suitable to mixed stuffing in container, LCL .

When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the machine arrived your country, and we will send two engineers to go and help you to install the processing line, teach your worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the line, until your worker know the line well.

3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.

4. Our engineers can provide basic formula and help customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.
