 Breakfast Cereals/Corn Flakes Processing Line

Introduction

Corn flakes (breakfast cereals) production line is developed and manufactured on the basis of the international advanced extruder technology. Its technology performance and quality can be reached international advanced level. After extruding(or boiling),planishing, drying, roasting, coating and cooling, or after extrudig and inflating to produce such as ring, grain or flake shape.The whole production is done at one stream under full automatically working.

Feature

1.Corn flakes is one kind of crispy food which is processed by this line and adopt grist as basic material
2.Fast and nourishing food with given structure,such as granule shape,flake shape and animal shape.
3.For the cornflakes processing line, different process get different snacks,and different taste.

4.This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks by adjusting the dies from extruder.

Kinds of cereals, such as: corn flour, rice flour, corn grits, millet and so on
