Geometric Salt lamps:

These wonderful salt lamps are carved in different geometric shapes viz: Globes, cylinder, Urns, Fire Bowls, Vases, Pyramids and many other decent shapes. We select best suited Himalayan rocks to carve this natural beauty. Please ask for detail catalog for these our salt products.

Bases:

Lamps are mounted on Rose Wood or marble onyx bases . Our wooden bases are duly treated and double polished which not only make them shiny but also durable.

Packaging:

Duly completed lamps in order to make them air tight are shrink wrapped and then packed in retail box and number of boxes then packed in master carton of highest quality.

A label printed with image and specification like color, size, weight of the products is pasted on the box for easy sorting  by the clients. Custom packaging with importers information and logo is also done .

Transit Pacakging:

Mostly we ship our lamps in secure wooden jumbo crates (forklift friendly) for safety and security during transit and easy handling and storage by the importers.

Quality Control:

Stringent quality control is in place for all of our products where each product has to go through different phases of inspection by our quality control department, We show “0” tolerance towards quality of our products to ensure optimum performance by the end users and distributors alike.

Certification:

We provide Certificate of origin issued  by our Chamber of commerce , Certificate of Quality and Quality issued by ZNZ and also GSP certificate if applicable for your respective country. For Electric component we do supply the UL and CE certification provided by our electric set and bulbs manufacturers.

Electric cord set and bulbs:

WE import these stuff from China . Manufacturer issues the UL and CE certification as and where these are required. Lamps are fixed with a power cord according to the electrical standard of importing country.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

Product get damaged during transit (we never ever received such complaint though) are replaced  in next order of the clients. We do not make refund in cash.
