the Introduce of Suspension Roller Feeding Machine
Suspension Roller Feeding Machine is automatic feeding equipment for hanging roller cement pipe production line . Consist of the walking device, conveyor belt, electrical control etc. The running device adopts the groove track to avoid the scattered blocks, and the transmission device adopts the chain transmission to avoid the wheel slip. Belt feeding machine should be in the cement pipe die within the whole range of reciprocating retreat, stable moving, driving speed as slow as possible. For the convenience of adjusting the feeding amount, the feeding machine should be accompanied by the control valve of concrete material flow, in order to maintain the continuous uniform
Requirements of concrete raw materials for cement production
1. Cement
For the cement ,Portland cement, ordinary portland cement or slag Portland cement should be used. Also, the sulfate resistance Portland cement, rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement. The performance of cement shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 175, GB 748 and GB 20472. The centrifugal process should not be used in Portland cement.
Jacking construction with reinforced concrete drainage pipe cement strength grade should not be less than 42.5.
2. aggregate
Fine aggregate
Fine aggregate should be used for the coarse sand fineness modulus 3.3 ~ 2.3 of the hard, the performance shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 14684. When the sand production of reinforced concrete drainage pipe, the chloride content (NaCI) should not be greater than 0.06%, and should the desalination. Fine aggregate should not be mixed with frozen in winter freezing area.
Coarse aggregate
Coarse aggregate can be used as gravel , its performance should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 14685. The maximum size of the coarse aggregate, for the concrete pipe should be no more than 1/2 of the wall thickness of the pipe. For reinforced concrete pipe should not be greater than the thickness of the pipe wall 1/3, and should not be greater than the ring to the net distance of the 3/4.When using the suspension roller and extrusion process, it is appropriate to select the gravel with a slightly smaller particle size.
Into the plant's coarse, fine aggregate should be stacked on the hard floor, should not be mixed with weeds, leaves, etc.
