Aluminium pneumatic ball valve, with its aluminium cover stainless steel ball core, has features as compact structure, light weight, small capacity, easy to operate. it also has limit and lock unit, safety and reliable.
pneumatic aluminium ball valve is widely used and switch in non-corrosive liquid transportation pipe, such as tank truck, gas station, watering cart, oilcan, pipeline, etc. the sealed seat in rotate flange and adjust plate-rod weight and eliminate leakage, when sealed ring or ball surface damages, we need modify or change the sealed face.
This product is a new type ball valve special designed for tank truck and watering cart, take the advantage of electromagnetism pneumatic to operation. its inlet direct connect with truck gas pump, we can control it in the driving cab.
It mainly used in gas station and small caliber oil pipeline, it can replace the emergency cutting ball valve under the oiling machine. in case of an emergency, shut down this valve, it can prevent the fuel overflow efficiently, reduce unnecessary lost. its advantage is recycle use.
