Pneumatic  bottom valve , which installed on the bottom of the tank truck’s oilcan , its inner pressure is low, flow is high, it has grooving at the edge of the flange. When the tank truck meet an accident, since the grooving cannot bearing too much pressure, the hose will separate with the oilcan automatically, but the plunger and spring  remain sealed, so the media can’t be revealed and keep the oilcan safety. When there is no gas source and cannot open, we can unpack the cylinder piston screw, open it by hand.
