Modular 20-foot office container house
General introduction:
Container House is designed and developed according to the standard size of shipping container.It is a growing and more and more popular kind of modular house building.
Transportation is designed in accordance with a standard ISO shipping container. The corner casting structure enables the container house to be lifted by the crane in the same manner as a standard shipping container.
It is widely used as Site office, site living room, meeting room, dormitory, shop, toilet, storage, kitchen, shower room,labor camp,hotel and so on .
Detailed description:
There are two kinds of packing and shipping method.
1.Bulk packing in container loading,1x40HQ can load 5 units 20ft container house.
2.Flat package (4 in 1)loading as the pictures show bellow.
1. Design: we could make the design as per client's requirements, to meet the special requirements, also to suit the local climate information, like Wind load, Snow load, Seismic requirements etc.
2. Supervision: we could arrange 1-2engineers to guide the installation as requirements;
3. Drawings:we will provide detailed architectural drawing, construction drawing, foundation drawings etc. to guide the installation;
In order to meet the market demand of the green, low-carbon building all over the world and conform to the trend of the development of China housing industry,our company introduced world leading full set of cold-rollformer production line and high-technology from USA and Europe.This technology has a strong function of design and analysia,which can meet the building codes of many countries. For the Sophisticated technology,the different section parts from 75mm-250mm can be produced automatically after putting design data.The cold-roll former machine can produce six types of C and U section.It can process all the steel parts one 800SQM house within one day.
We can design and produce 1 to 5 storeyed LSG steel building. LGS integreated system are widely implicated for villas, tourist repsort,camp scenic supporting, mobile houses, post-disaster reconstruction, office,clubs schools and urbanized houses.
All materials can be completely produced in factory and installed all the construction site. It can not only reduce the intensity of on-site construction, but also improve the efficiency of construction and engineering quality. Construction is high speed, short time, high efficiency, less impact from the seasonal.It atkes 8 workers to finish 300square meters villa. The construction time is only 2 months.
