The mainly calcinating cement clinker’s equipment is rotary kiln, this rotary kiln is a level and horizontal rotating structure. In the rotary kiln, the manufactuer usually add refractary material,soil and brick to build the inner, as for calcinating these clinker. The production of cement is very complex, the way is “two grinding mill and one calcinating”, that is raw material preparation,clinker calcinating and cement powder mill.
Brief introduction of cement production:
Generally spesking, the cement industry is that Portland cement, Portland cement is a kind of meticulous, gray powder, it is made from calcium, silicate, aluminate and ferrite etc.The limestone is the mainly material to be calcinated, the large quarry can produce this limestone to crushered to small stone, and feeding into the kiln to calcinating, finally limestone is break down to CaO. CaO is the raw material of producing cement.
Working principle of cement rotary dryer kiln:
1) With a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
2) Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
3) The kiln head adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured.
