As reinforcing materials, Nylon-6 tire cord fabric plays a very vital and critical role in the quality of automobile tires.
The manufacturing technology of tire cord fabric us considered criticak as well in satisfying the requirements for steering stability, high-speed driving, fatigue resistance, and wear & tear resistance of tires.
Moreover, the thermal resistance to high temperatures and the stabilized physical and chemical performances of fabric relative to the other components in the tire are essentaiak to the tire manufacturing process. Nylon-6 tire cord fabric is the core component for producing bias tires. It is used chiefly in motorbike, truck and bus tires as well as agricultural, industrial and other off-the road tires.
Production processes
The production of Nylon-6 dipped tire cord fabric can be roughly divided into three stages, namely polymerization-spin-drawing winding process;twisting & weaving process and dipping process.
