1. Features
1) Usage: Suitable for exact mesh analysis, test, measure, classification of granular material, widely used in abrasive, building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy industries, etc.
2) Easy to use, attractive and durable, high precision, wear-resistant, heat-resistant
3) Screen frame is definitized by stainless steel stretching, not magnetic. Top and bottom screen frame uses taper fit, complete sealing after installation, avoids electrostatic adsorption.
4) Accurate mesh: Screen cloth conforms to ISO3310:1990, ASTM, TYLER, JIS, DIN, BSI and subjects to tool microscope and projector examination, without deformation for long term usage.
2. Structure
1) Screen frame: polishing or not, according to customer requirements
2) Screen cloth: three kinds-wire cloth, perforated plate, electroformed sheet
3) Screen cloth and frame are fixed by welding, can withstand temperatures up to 300 degree.
