About Thermal-radiation Insulation
Inspired by the heat reflection of auto glass film, we developed the Kedebon Thermal-radiation Insulation foil for building field. It is aluminizing foil laminated PVC base layer, with very strong tensile strength and ageing resistance. We use special compound method, the structure layers won’t delaminate even use in -25°C~100°C. In some building projects, the pvc film can be used as waterproofing layer. Of course our Kedebon Thermal-radiation Insulation has the same waterproofing performance.
Energy Conservation Principle:
Three methods of Heat transfer: conduction, convection, radiation.
In hot summer, the temperature outside is much higher than indoor. The roof system and wall system absorb a lot of heat even sunset.Most heat is transferred by radiation, temperature indoor is not easy to cooling even we use air conditioning. Kedebon Thermal Radiation Insulation can reflect over 90% infrared heat to stop the roof and wall absorbing heat. People may feel more comfortable while air conditioner working at an energy-conservation temperature.
