PP spunbond nonwoven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which is made of 100% Polypropylene. Adopting a full set of high technical advanced equipment, by melting PP under high temperature and spouting into filament, rolling thermo-bonded in muti-beam. PP spunbond nonwoven fabric has a wide application, such as medical and hygiene, furniture, agriculture, environment-firendly packaging, construction and auto industry. We persist to the quality first conception for the production of PP spunbond nonwoven. The tensile, touch feeling, surface effects are perfect! Our products are mainly exported to European and American.
Now our company has a 1.6m width PP spunbond production line and a 2.4m width PP spunbond production line, with the annual production capacity of 3000 tons.

Min. weight can be 10gsm, with max width 2.5m. Can be made as jumbo rolls, with max diameter 110cm. Max weight is 250gsm. Our advantage is that we can make high tensile PP spunbond nonwoven, good tearing and good elongation. for example, our 80gsm high tensile PP spunbond is as good as other supplier 100gsm spunbond pp.
