FRP lighting sheets, are made from non-alkali glass fiber mat, polyester resin and anti-aging mylar etc., produced by automatic continuous forming production line.
With Smooth and clean surface, and accuracy section size, the sheets can be cut in any length. The working life can be 15-20 years, andlight transmittance is over 85%. Based on strong permeability, uniform distribution, the sunlight can go inside softly with low ultraviolet ray . With high strength and excellent impact resistance, the sheets can bear haily weather and used normally. For high performance of heat insulation and low thermal conductivity, you can choose dual-layer sheets in Alpine region.
FRP gel coat sheet is solidified and composited by gel coat, polymer resin and glass fiber. It is a new eco-friendly product developed by our company .
It can be widely used in making high grade panels of vehicles, refrigerated vans,purification,medical treatment and food engineering etc. It can instead of colored steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate and PVC plate etc. With good features of high strength, hardness, smooth surface, wear-resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, cleanliness and bacteria resistance. etc. The thickness can be adjusted easily(1.0mm~5.0mm), and packaged in rolls and sizing.
FRP high percent fiberglass sheet is unsaturated polyester resin and high strength alkali-free fiberglass, which is adopted scientific formula and produced out of intelligentized automatic equipments.
