FRP/GRP(fibre glass reinforced polymar) gutter is a kind of ECO-friendly construction material produced out of automatic continuous forming production line.
Advantages:
A. Long working life
Gutters and water baffle plate are all made from FRP material, which is anti-aging, wind-sand-acid rain-proofing, and can be used for up to 30 years.
B. Easy construction
Common steel gutter, produced by folding that limits its length within 3m , faces more difficulties and costs in construction. FRP gutter is produced out of automatic continuous forming production line. So there is no length limitation, less seams. It’s more convenient to install and better waterproofing. Costs of construction are effectually reduced.
C. Light weight, High intensity.
The density of FRP material is only one quarter of steel material. Formed FRP collecting gutter is about 4-6 Kg/M3, and its flexible and elastic, high strength, not easy to damage.
FRP collecting gutters are mainly used for building roof gutter and (waste) water factory’s sedimentation tank gutter as well as irrigation and embedding for anticorrosion. Gutters which installed on our own factory in 2008, are still bright and clean as new without any rust and leakage.
