Spunbond & Meltblown Nonwovens The spunlaid process is the fastest and probably the most economical way to produce nonwovens if the high output is taken into consideration. It is a manufacturing technique whereby molten polymers are directly converted into endless filaments, laid on a conveyor belt and eventually formed into nonwoven roll goods. Over the past 20 years, some nonwovens have become commodities thanks to spunbonds. Disposable materials, such as baby diapers or hygiene products, are produced mainly using spunlaid technology.

WENZHOU SHENGEN NONWOVEN CO.,LTD was established in 2008, located in Cangnan, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, specializing in making Polypropylene (PP) spunbond nonwoven fabric, polyester (PET) spunbond nonwoven fabric, other nonwoven related products, such as Shopping bags.
Presently, we process several advanced nonwoven production lines, with annual production capacity up to 6000 metric tons. Fabric max width 320cm, weight range 9-250gsm. Nonwoven fabric is widely used in agriculture, industry, architecture, medical sanitation, packaging and home textile, etc.
Besides, we equip two nonwoven cutting and rewinding machine, which can cut fabric into pieces (such as 1x1m,1x15cm,etc), and small rolls with roll length 10”,20”,30”,50”,100” as per customer need. These products are popular in agricultural and garden use as plant cover, weed control.
