for best results, the area to be covered should be cleared of all weeds and sprayed with a recognised weed killer prior to laying the weed mat cover garden beds.

 

plants should be planted through a slit cut into the fabric a normal pair of household scissors will easily cut the weedmat.

 

to secure the weedmat itis recommended the wire staples be used or atternatively the cloth can be held down with stones, bricks, or rocks.

 

the weedmat should then be covered with bark,peddbles or suitable media.

 

whilst weedmat is UV stabilised it is not designed to be directly exposed to the sun for long period of time.
