This reflector(without the lamp) is a ballast and reflector in one unit. It will deliver more usable light energy for maximum plant performance and operate at cooler, quieter levels than any other compact system on the market.            

The compact 315-watt grow reflector is a great all-in-one option for lighting small indoor spaces. Powered by a non-dimming digital ballast, it accepts 315-watt high pressure sodium (HPS) lamps. This fixture features a backlit on/off switch.
