We are professionally manufacturing and trading company which produces and trades steel and aluminum alloy products. Our company located in Tianjin, China, about 30 Km to Tianjin Xingang port. The annual capacity of aluminum alloy products is about 30000tons.
About aluminum alloy products, there are 1000 kinds of items covering various profiles of industry, greenhouse, decoration, window, curtain wall, furniture, pipes, row, sticks and so on.
01, Melting and Casting: This melting and casting production line consists of aluminum melting furnace, holding furnace, hydraulic casting machine, purification devices for aluminum melting and optoelectronic spectrometer which are in the internationally advanced level.
02, Extrusion: There are five extruding production lines which consist of extruders wth 500T, 630T, 800T, 1000T, 1200T, 1650T, 3000T and double action 4000T. We could produce most of aluminum products.
03, Oxygenation: The oxygenation line has capacity of 20000tons/year.
04, Powder Coating: The capacity of powder coating is about 10000 tons/year covering all kinds of colors powder coating.
05 Deep-processing: We have machines with type of CNC, milling, Planing, Cutting, Puching and could do deep-processing according to customers' requirement.
What is the normal order sequence?
1. Both parties Confirm the drawings, surface treatment and price;
2. You pay the mold fee and we start to make molds;
3. We send samples to you for your confirmation;
4. You make the payment of 30% deposit to us and we start production;
5. We delivery products to you and you pay 70% balance.
