There are various methods of galvanizing. Two of the most common methods are electro galvanized (prior to weaving / welding) and hot dipped galvanized (post weaving / welding). After galvanization, the finished products have level and sturdy structure and widely used as guards in buildings and factories, as animal enclosure and fence in agriculture, it is also used in horticulture industry as tree guards, plant protection.
Production Process
Carbon steel wire welded into a network → heating → cooling to the required temperature of hot-dip galvanizing/ electro galvanizing/ PVC coating→ cooling → storage.
Features
