Except 610gsm PVC tarpaulin, you can have many choice 250gsm-2000gsm.
Design: we use the latest equipment and our expertise we are able to manufacture trailer covers for any style of trailer. Our manufacturing team specifically design trailer covers to suit each individual trailer, covering every detail.
We strongly recommend that trailer covers are manufactured in either: 610g/m2, 680g/m2 or 900g/m2 PVC coated polyester fabric. This is due to its excellent strength, durability and water resistant properties. PVC polyester fabric is available in a range of colours.
For complex covers, accurate patterns are produces and used to create intricate panels. These panels are high frequency welded together. Reinforcing is added where necessary and special requirements are attended to.

Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd was established in 1988. It has been specialized in PVC tarpaulin materials and industry textile materials for 25 years.
In 2004, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for tarpaulin cover materials of truck and train by the Chinese Railway of Ministry.
In 2010, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for relief tent by Chinese Civil Affairs Ministry.
In 1999, Hubei Jinlong began to import production lines for PVC flex banner and became one of the earliest enterprise for flex banner production.In 2010, the factory spent 200million importing high technology and production equipment for PVC film calendar, fabric weaving, coating and laminating producing from Italy, Germany and Taiwan.
