1. Brief Introduction
Huaye modular buildings and temporary warehouses provide customers with unbeatable quality and value for money when compared with traditional building methods without compromising on quality or durability.
Structures are available in a variety of clear span widths from 5.00m – 30.00m with eave heights from 3.50m – 5.4m (larger spans, eave heights including higher wind and snow loadings are available on request).
Structures are available with three different options for the roof covering; single layer, thermo inflatable (energy efficient) and composite (high “U” value) steel panel roofs. Side wall options include, soft PVC, corrugated steel walling, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm insulated composite panel walling and glass walling systems.
In addition, all business and industrial structures are available with a comprehensive range of accessory products including personnel doors, roller shutter doors.

9. Warranty
- Aluminum profile: solid, 100% hard pressed, four-groove aluminum hollow profile (GB6005) whose use life can be 15 to 20 years.
- PVC Fabric cover: completely waterproof with high quality double PVC-coated polyester textile.
- flame retardant according to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
- Steel Connector: hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc thickness over 80um.
10. Payment Term and Lead Time
Payment Term: 30% deposit by T/T, the balance shall be made by T/T before shipment.
